Products & pricing

We try to describe products accurately. Colors and sizes may vary slightly. Prices are in USD and can change without notice. We may cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock problems, and we'll refund you in full. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems); if we do, we'll refund you in full within 7 days to your original payment method. Products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy (including our 30-day happiness guarantee).

Pet safety

Always supervise pets with new products. Remove any product that becomes damaged, and choose sizes that suit your pet. Our products don't replace professional veterinary advice. Follow all product instructions and warnings. Electric, battery-powered and heated/steam products should be used only as directed and kept away from water unless stated otherwise. Stop use if your pet shows distress or injury and consult a veterinarian. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.

Text, images and branding on this site belong to Pawsome Goods or its licensors and can't be reused without permission.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in our policies, products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent the law allows, Pawsome Goods will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your rights under consumer protection laws.

Using the site

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. Don't misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for fraud.

Reviews and content you send us

If you submit a review, photo or video, you confirm it's your own honest experience and you have the right to share it, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site and social channels with credit. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning and we don't suppress negative reviews.

Resolving disputes

If you have a problem, please email us first at [email protected]; most issues are resolved within a few days. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court where eligible, or otherwise in the courts listed under Governing law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the dispute section above, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless the law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Severability

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
